I had not a bad nights sleep and overall if you are on a budget not a bad place to stay. M Place Pattaya. I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area. Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday.

Hello, As every year we come to Thailand, this year we decided to try the Sunshine Hotel. I would like to thank the customer service manager, the reception and service staff at the hotel. Already in making the initial contact with the hotel before arrival, the response was quick and professional. Service and reception staff: English speakers, pleasant and always ready to help. Grand Bella. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean.
Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread.
Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road mins walk, the main road 2nd Rd is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick.

Furnishings are modern with good bathroom facilities. Stayed on the 28th floor with spectacular views of Jomtien Beach. Biggest letdown was communication as there is no on site office.
No compendium in the apartment to advise how to operate facilities. Heard there were 3 pools and found the rooftop on 38th floor but no advice on other locations nor of any other facilities. Limited kitchen facilities and no jug to boil water so guess work on the microwave. Probably the biggest disappointment was being refused a second room card so not ideal if we wanted to do different things. We had a nice stay here.
The best part was defintely the private pool, which was clean and a decent size.
The villa was spacious and had separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas, with pool access from the shower. There were some run down or dirty details, see pictures, but overall it was nice. Cleaning of the room has to be requested, which was not explained when checking in. On the first day we did not get cleaning, only clean towels and water bottles were left for us on the patio table.
When we asked about it, they said that many guests had requested not to have claning on that day, so in order to get it we should have asked. On the following days we requested cleaning and got it, but no more water bottles or towel animals : The area has many services and Terminal 21 and the beach road are at walking distance.
